Delivery, Engraving and Shipping of Wooden Pens

I work quickly, which is why most orders are shipped within 2 business days. The total delivery time from placing your order to receiving it at your home is usually 2–8 business days, depending on the selected shipping carrier and the destination.

I understand that people often look for a gift at the last minute. If your order is urgent, it is possible to arrange express shipping after prior agreement. In that case, please call me at +420 723 302 290 and I will do my best to make sure everything arrives in time.

Engraving does not delay the shipping of your order. I have the engraving laser directly in my workshop, from where I also pack and ship all orders. Thanks to this, I have the entire process fully under control and I can prepare and ship your wooden pens and engraved gift boxes very quickly.

To ensure your package arrives as soon as possible, please do not delay the payment. In my online shop, payment is made in advance by bank transfer. As soon as the payment is received, I engrave the selected products and ship them to you as quickly as possible.

After prior agreement, it is also possible to send the package cash on delivery – however, this option is available only for products without engraving.
