Subfossil oak – an exceptional luxury pen with history
This handmade luxury wooden pen made from subfossil oak is crafted from a rare material originating from thousand-year-old oak trunks preserved underground. Through long-term exposure to minerals, the wood has acquired unique coloration and exceptional durability.
Origin of subfossil oak
Subfossil oak features shades of gray, dark brown, and almost black that cannot be replicated by any other material. Each piece carries a trace of history and is a true one-of-a-kind original.
Handmade in my workshop
Working with this material is extremely demanding, which is why only a limited number of pieces are created. Each pen is handmade by me in the Czech Republic, with maximum attention to detail and respect for the natural character of the wood.
