Wenge – a dark luxury pen with a strong character
This handmade luxury wooden pen made from African wenge wood is among the most distinctive and representative pieces in my collection. Wenge is an exceptionally hard and heavy exotic hardwood with a dark brown to chocolate color and a pronounced natural grain that creates a timeless, elegant appearance.
Origin of wenge wood
Wenge comes from Central and Eastern Africa. For production, I use exclusively high-density heartwood, which ensures long durability and stability. As a result, the pen feels solid and substantial in the hand.
Handmade in my workshop
Each piece is handmade by me in the Czech Republic. The wood is worked with the utmost care to highlight its natural structure and depth of color. The surface finish enhances the grain and gives the pen a refined, luxurious look.
