Serving boards
Serving boards
A serving board is more than just a kitchen tool. It is a stylish element of dining that allows food to stand out and adds a personal touch to shared moments around the table. In my workshop, luxury wooden serving boards are created that combine functionality, aesthetics and honest craftsmanship.
Each board is handmade – from selecting the wood to the final surface finish. My focus is not on mass production, but on detail, the natural grain of the wood and the feeling that you are holding a genuine piece of craftsmanship that will serve you for many years.

A wooden serving board is not just a base for food. It is a distinctive detail that helps create the atmosphere of dining – whether you are serving steaks, cheeses, tapas, bread or desserts. That is why I focus not only on appearance, but also on functionality, stability and long-lasting durability.
Why choose a serving board from my workshop?
- Each piece is a handcrafted original
- Carefully selected wood with a unique grain
- Suitable for serving as well as everyday cutting
- Solid, stable and pleasant to the touch
- Perfect as a gift serving board
Material and origin of the wood
The foundation of every board is a carefully selected piece of wood from Camphor Laurel. This wood is known for its striking grain, fine texture and natural antibacterial properties, which make it an excellent choice for kitchen use. Each piece is selected by hand so that its natural pattern, colour and character stand out beautifully.
Camphor wood is appreciated for its stability, durability and distinctive aroma that is characteristic of this species. The combination of aesthetic qualities and practical use makes every serving board a completely unique piece that will never be repeated.
How can you use a serving board?
- Serving meat, cheeses, charcuterie and tapas
- Stylish breakfasts and brunch presentations
- Social dinners and family gatherings
- Preparing and cutting ingredients – the cutting side is always wooden, without an epoxy effect
Surface finish and care
All boards are treated with a food-safe oil from the Remmers brand, designed for direct contact with food. The oil penetrates deep into the wood structure, protecting it from moisture and dirt while enhancing the natural grain and colour of the camphor wood.
To maintain its beautiful appearance, I recommend occasionally treating the board with a common food-safe oil, such as olive oil. Apply the oil to the wooden part, allow it to soak in and wipe away the excess. Always wipe the epoxy part completely dry.
Serving board as a gift
Are you looking for an original gift for lovers of good food, design and honest craftsmanship? A handmade serving board is a timeless gift that will naturally become part of everyday life.
Thank you for choosing handmade craftsmanship, quality materials and products with a story.
