Food safety guidelines

For cutting and food preparation we recommend using the wooden side of the board, while the resin side is primarily intended for serving and presentation.

The resin we use is non-toxic and complies with safety standards according to regulation 1935/2004 EC. More information can be found in the food safety guide.

Care instructions

Keep your board in excellent condition by simply washing it by hand. Avoid using a dishwasher, as it may damage both the wood and the resin.

If the wood starts to lose its shine, restore its appearance by treating it with food-safe oil, such as olive oil.
